These guidelines are here to make sure i love it is a positive, engaging spot for everyone. By being part of our community, you’re agreeing to keep things friendly, open, and welcoming for all. Let's keep it fun and safe for everyone

Content

Your content should remain focused on the product or relevant experience. Any post that lacks meaningful information, or goes against our community guidelines will be removed to ensure we maintain authenticity and relevance on the platform for all. Deliberately posting a review with misinformation is prohibited.

Differing viewpoints are encouraged, but personal attacks or negativity about a particular brand, product or person are not. Any trolling, provoking, or use of discriminatory language isn’t welcome and will lead to removal from the platform.

We do not allow content on i love that includes:

• Any nudity or sexual activity
• Hate speech or symbols
• Violence or dangerous organisations
• Bullying or harassment
• Scams or fraud, or other illegal activities
• Intellectual property violations
• Suicide or self injury
• Sale of illegal or regulated goods (in addition we prohibit the sale of CBD)
• Eating Disorders
• Drugs
• Concern for child safety

Please also try to avoid including in your content if possible:

• Highly branded products, other than the product you are reviewing
• Consumption of alcohol or tobacco products including vapes
• No swearing please
• Any dangerous activity or suggestion of it

We only want you to recommend products you genuinely love. So if you don’t love it - don’t share it.

You can report any content that doesn’t align with our community standards through the app’s reporting system. We’ll review reported posts and at our sole discretion will take action as needed as needed to keep things safe and welcoming for all of our community.

Spam & inauthentic activity

We do not allow content or activity on i love it that is:

• automated excessive bulk activity and coordinated inauthentic activity, such as spamming or repeatedly posting identical content;
• bulk distribution of promotions and advertising prohibited by our Terms;
• inauthentic interactions, such as fake accounts, automated inauthentic activity, or generative AI images;
• phishing or attempted phishing.

Fraudulent activity

Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated and can result in immediate and permanent account removal, including but not limited to the following actions:

1. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different addresses to exploit the system.
2. Manipulating or abusing any reward or referral programs in place. Any attempts to exploit these programs will lead to potential suspension or permanent removal of your account.

Compliance with laws and regulations

1. Do not violate local, national, or international laws, or regulations while using the i love it app. In line with our Sharer Terms, it is up to you to ensure that any content you post is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including relevant Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidance on creator marketing. You can read the guidance here. Importantly, this includes ensuring that you make clear in any posts of your i love it content on your other social channels that the content is advertising. In the guidance, the ASA provides clear information on how to achieve this.
2. Do not interfere with or disrupt the i love it platform, its servers, or the networks connected to the i love it platform.

Security and access

We do not allow content or activity that:

• uses our servers to disrupt or to attempt to disrupt, or to gain or to attempt to gain access to, any service, device, data, account or network i love it has access to.
• uses our servers to extract information via an automated process, such as a bot or a web crawler; or
• inauthentic interactions, such as fake accounts, automated inauthentic activity, or generative AI images;
• uses a significantly excessive amount of bandwidth; attempts to disrupt, disable, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate action, for any violations that could compromise the integrity, safety, or trust of the community and the platform.
