I have a question about my order
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order at this time. If you changed your mind, you can return your purchase. See our returns information on the website for all the details on how to make a return. For purchases off our platform and via an affiliate partner - please refer to their terms and conditions for cancellations.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from the brand with tracking information. This should give you an indication or your order status. Yes, the brand will contact you directly once they have shipped your order with all the details you need to track it. if you checked out on the app and you haven't received any details or are concerned about when your order will arrive, please contact help@iloveit.com . For any purchases placed off the app via one of our affiliate partners - you will need to contact that brand directly.
Once you have contacted the Customer Service team at help@iloveit.com to confirm your return and shared a proof of postage, we will issue a refund within 72 hours.

I have a question about returns
All products purchased via the i love it platform may be subject to any additional returns handling fees. Some brands may ask the customer to cover the costs to ship the item back to them. Our customer service team will make you fully aware of the costs prior to return, which you'll be required to pay for, if you want to proceed.
Any products purchased off our platform are subject to the returns policy of that brand. These may vary between brands, and please refer to their terms for further details.
The returns process is dependent on the brand. You will need to contact i love it's Customer Service team at help@iloveit.com to request a return. The team will guide you through the steps on how to return your item and a proof of purchase or return will be needed to initiate a refund back to you.

The team at i love it, our sharers and our brands are all committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products that do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item to the brand within 30 days of receipt. To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at help@iloveit.com who will be able to guide you through the process of placing a return.

In the app and under Your Account Information you will see the option to toggle off from receiving marketing from i love it. If for some reason you are unable to do this, please contact help@iloveit.com and we will ensure you are removed from our marketing lists.

I have a question about my payment
There could be a number of reasons why you are failing ID checks. It could be an expiry date has passed, it could be that the name on the ID doesn’t match the name provided in the app or it could be struggling to read your photo. If you are experiencing any of these problems, give us a shout at help@iloveit.com and we’ll troubleshoot this with you.
We do require more information from you when you want to start withdrawing funds. It’s required by the anti laundering and counter terrorist financing regulations - yep, important stuff. You will be asked to upload a valid passport or driving license as proof of identity and your bank details for where you want your money to go. If you need any help we’re always here to guide you through at help@iloveit.com.
Just a heads up, you can only withdraw your commission when you have hit £10 and over. Go to your wallet where you will be prompted to provide us with some information about you including your bank details. Withdrawals usually take 48hrs to reach your account.
