I have a question about returns
All products purchased via the i love it platform are not subject to any additional returns handling fees charged by the brand. Some brands may ask the customer to cover the costs to ship the item back to them, which you will be required to pay for. This will be made clear to you by our Customer Service team when requesting a return and are detailed at the checkout page under the brands 'terms of purchase'.
The returns process is dependent on the brand. In beta - you will need to contact i love it's Customer Service team at help@iloveit.com to request a return. The team will guide you through the steps on how to return your item and a proof of purchase or return will be needed to initiate a refund back to you.
The team at i love it, our sharers and our brands are all committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products that do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return an item to the brand within 30 days of receipt. To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at help@iloveit.com who will be able to guide you through the process of placing a return.

In the app and under Your Account Information you will see the option to toggle off from receiving marketing from i love it. If for some reason you are unable to do this, please contact help@iloveit.com and we will ensure you are removed from our marketing lists.

I have a question about my payment
In beta - please contact the Customer Service team on help@iloveit.com to request a release of funds. We aim to release any cleared funds within 48 hours. Cleared funds is any commission earned after the 30 days returns period has passed.
