Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to you when you enter i love it’s ‘Win Andy Murray’s signed t-shirt & tennis ball’ Competition, made available to you via the i love it App.
2. The “Promoter” of the prize draw, as referred to in these terms and conditions is ILI Global Limited, with its registered address at 3rd Floor, 12 Gough Square, London EC4A 3DW.
3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 17 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
4. The prize draw is free to enter. This competition allows 1 entry/ticket per user.
5. The prize available is a signed t-shirt and tennis ball by Andy Murray. This includes a certification of authenticity for both items which will be sent to the winner. Memorabilia is sourced from Icons.com.
6. In order to enter the prize draw, you must watch a short video.  
7. Prize Draw Start and End Date: Starts 11th July 2025 at 00:00 BST and ends 8th August 2025 at 23:59 BST. Winners are selected by a random instant win generator so should all prizes be won before the end date of the competition, the competition will end when the last prize is won. Entries made or attempted after this point will not be valid. There is 1x signed t-shirt and 1x signed tennis ball as a bundle to be won. Memorabilia, especially worn or used items, may have imperfections or signs of wear which the Promoter of the competition is not responsible for.
8. The winner will be selected in a random draw using a random generator. The winner will instantly see they have won ‘instant win messaging in app’ and will be contacted via the same email address used to set up their i love it account within 72 hours. If you don’t respond within 14 days of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize. No other winner will be selected and we have the right to run the competition again at a later date.  
9. The prize will be organised with the winner within 72 hours of receiving their confirmation and delivery details where applicable. This will be shipped by the Promoter by recorded delivery. The Promoter does not accept any liability for damage due to shipping. 
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware, phone or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.
12. The prize is supplied by i love it and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. The Promoter will publish the surname and county of winners (unless privacy requested), on https://get.iloveit.com/competition. Please note: we update our winners list as soon as we can, once winners have been confirmed. 
15. Further, in order to comply with its legal obligations the Promoter must provide the surname, county and prize awarded to all winners to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. By entering a prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's https://www.iloveit.com/privacy-policy. See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
21. This Prize Draw is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by any third parties.
