£5 new user  reward incentive

Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to you when you participate in the ‘£5 new user recommendation reward incentive’, made available to you via the i love it App.
2. The “Promoter” of the incentive, as referred to in these terms and conditions is ILI Global Limited, with its registered address at 3rd Floor, 12 Gough Square, London EC4A 3DW.
3. The incentive is open to all UK residents aged 17 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the incentive. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
4. This incentive will start on 27 June 2025 at 0000 BST and end 18 July 2025 at 0000 BST. Incentives are part of a limited-time test promotion and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at any time.
5. The incentive is free to participate in and subject to eligibility as outlined below: 
   
   1. Only new posts/recommendations that include an image or video qualify for the £5 reward between the incentive start date and end date.
   2. Only one £5 reward will be issued per user.
   3. Post/recommendations must be in line with our Community Guidelines and compliant with our User Terms & Conditions 
6. Rewards will be tracked and paid manually by the Promoter. Payment will be made directly in your wallet available within the i love it App and within 30 days of eligibility confirmation by the Promoter.
7. Fake or ineligible accounts, spam, or duplicate content will not be rewarded.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment where fraud, abuse, or breach of guidelines is suspected.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware, phone or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
10. The £5 reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.
11. The incentive is supplied by i love it and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the reward with an alternative reward of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the incentive is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. By creating a post that includes an image or video, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon upload. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the reward to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the user or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's https://www.iloveit.com/privacy-policy. See also condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
17. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
18. This incentive is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by any third parties.
